There were constantly roaches, and when they came to spray for the roaches they ruined the floor and charged me for the damages. Also my packages were constantly stolen, and if the person didn't like what I ordered they would leave the opened package at my doorstep. People will also throw your clothes in the garbage and steal your washer. They also allow dangerous people who are not on leases to live there, mice get into the garages and nothing is done about it. The people living there are also inconsiderate- they let their children run/scream/Play in the halls, they also do not care about others cars and will hit or ding your car. I also had someone back into my vehicle and tell me the cracked bumper was already there when I was In my car when they hit me. The company also tried to continuously raise the rent each summer and that place is not worth more than 550 a month.
