The two equal size bedrooms come with private access to the two bathrooms. Amenities of this unit include hardwood floors, central HVAC, laundry in-unit, enclosed rear storage, and ample light from the windows. The tree-lined streets in Southport Corridor are home to popular retail chains as well as independently-owned boutiques and shops. Entertainment is abundant and includes the Music Box Theater and several nightlife locations. Wrigley Field is just blocks away, as are the CTA Addison and Southport stations. Please read this important information before applying: This apartment lease will include a one-time, non-refundable Administration Fee of $300.00 per adult on the lease. Minors living at the apartment with their parents or guardians are exempt. If you are applying with a cosigner or cosigners, their Administration Fee will be $100.00 per cosigner instead of $300.00. When you apply, an Application Fee of $200.00 per person will be owed for every adult (“adult” meaning “a person who is 18 years of age or older, or a minor living without a guardian”) that is applying to live in the apartment. This Application Fee is comprised of a $150.00 down-payment that removes the apartment from the market while your application is being processed, and a $50.00, non-refundable Application Processing Fee.
