This review is based on the quality of service I received from day one of considering these apartments as my next place to live. The ladies in the front office were so kind, patient, and pleasant. They were honest and straightforward with answering all of my questions, and after viewing the model, I knew what to expect for the unit I was interested in. Front office staff got back to me with my application status in about 3days which is impressive as it was also a rent collection week which gets REALLY busy! Communication was ALWAYS clear and thorough, and I was able to fully comprehend every single thing about my move-in costs, dates, and terms. When I moved in, a few things in my unit did need work, but management was thorough about getting it resolved and maintenance was awesome! They fixed it all the very next day with such a positive and understanding attitude. In this industry, things will go wrong and nothing is going to be absolutely perfect, but a complex is only as good as the people who run it. The ladies in the front office, and the maintenance staff I met truly made me feel cared for & taken care of. That’s all you could want in the people who manage your place to live, is just to know they have your back! I am thankful!

I toured the place and I was blown away by the experience! The place itself was impressive and pricing was just right but what really set it apart was the manager, Marlena. Marlena and her staff were incredibly welcoming, making the whole visit feel more like coming home than just another walkthrough. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the residents was evident, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a new spot to call home!
