I recently had to move out before our lease was up, and Mark handled the situation with kindness, efficiency, and exceptional helpfulness during a challenging time. A huge thank you to Mark! Great units, great management, and in the perfect location. I’ve lived at Modera River North for a year and wanted to get the full experience before writing this review.
First, the management has been friendly and responsive since Day 1. If I ever have any issues, they get fixed at warp speed.
Second, my unit is fantastic. Modern design, great appliances, and a view. One thing I love is that people don’t get rowdy in the common areas here, so you don’t have to deal with noise issues.
Third, you can’t beat the location. You’re two blocks from Larimer, so it’s insane convenient while being in a safer, quieter area with lots of street parking.
The only thing I wish was different was if the gym had more assisted weight machines. The ellipticals seem to go unused, and that’d be a great spot for a leg press machine instead.
All in all, a great spot to live and I happily just signed my renewal!

Amazing building and staff. Lived here for over 2 years and never had a complaint about management or building upkeep. Beautiful units/building with all luxury modern finishes and amenities. Maintenance requests are completed in a crazy fast manner (same day). The building is up kept beautifully ( they repaint, vacuum and shampoo halls/carpets frequently as well as power wash the garage) and the leasing office and manager are prompt, and friendly. I loved living here and am sad to have moved out, as I wanted to explore a different neighborhood of Denver. Nellie, the building manager, has been absolutely amazing. She's always so helpful and welcoming, incredibly awesome to work with. Always promptly and thoroughly addressed any issues or concerns (which is quite rare) ensuring everything always went smoothly, including move out. Friendliest and hardest working staff all around.Gary with maintenance is the best! Completely loved living here, sad to have left. Truly a great place to live.

I’ve lived in Modera River North since January of 2022 when my partner and I moved to Denver, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to live here! The office staff are super helpful and friendly, the building is clean and feels very safe, our apartment is awesome - great appliances, internal wash and dry / big bathroom, easy to clean, and it’s quiet (the walls are thick and no sound seeps through). Service and trash is prompt and has been responsive to all of our requests, and the amenities are great! Did somebody say hot-tub?!?! Oh, and living smack dab in the heart of RiNo isn’t too bad either ;)
We renewed in September because you couldn't touch this deal anywhere around!

I’ve lived at Modera River North for few months. It is, without a doubt, the best place I’ve ever lived. Here are the highlights:
- Maintenance has responded within a day to any requests. I had an issue with my dishwasher and had to wait for a part for a couple days and maintenance contacted me and kept me up to date on the process the entire time.
- The leasing staff is fantastic! So friendly and helpful!
- The amenities are amazing! Huge hot tub, great gym, and all common areas look spotless all the time!
- The apartments themselves are beautiful! Tons of natural light, high end finishes, huge kitchen for the space!
- Great location- walking distance to amazing bars and restaurants and tons of murals/street art everywhere.

I just moved in and so far am obsessed! The building is modern, clean, and feels very secure. The location is unbeatable. And the leasing staff is awesome- Mark has been so helpful with all our questions and ensures maintenance requests get filled super quick.

This apartment building is impressive. The apartment building is overall clean and the residents are respectful. The apartment appliances are in great shape and current. The amenities throughout the building are great and well maintained. The views from the pool and fitness room are amazing Mountain View’s.
The property management is very organized and prompt with requests. I have had to submit some small requests and they are always respond within 24 hours and fix things quickly. They are also very attentive to residents requests.

A wonderful apartment with a fantastic team. When I say I had 0 complaints throughout my 12 month lease, I am not exaggerating. A visually pleasing complex along with a very convenient spot for living in downtown. Right by the highway and walking distance of the best of Denver!
I would recommend this apartment to anyone who would ask.
