Great units, great management, and in the perfect location. I’ve lived at Modera River North for a year and wanted to get the full experience before writing this review. First, the management has been friendly and responsive since Day 1. If I ever have any issues, they get fixed at warp speed. Second, my unit is fantastic. Modern design, great appliances, and a view. One thing I love is that people don’t get rowdy in the common areas here, so you don’t have to deal with noise issues. Third, you can’t beat the location. You’re two blocks from Larimer, so it’s insane convenient while being in a safer, quieter area with lots of street parking. The only thing I wish was different was if the gym had more assisted weight machines. The ellipticals seem to go unused, and that’d be a great spot for a leg press machine instead. All in all, a great spot to live and I happily just signed my renewal!
