Went to Washington DC and visited Sedgwick Gardents to preview some apartments for family friends. The property is an excellent new addition to the new and upcoming NW area of DC. All of the bells and whistles you could want in a community are thankfully, all under one roof. The amenities are among some of the better that you'll find in the DC area. All this with a perfect design to fit the area. Definitely a win for the DC luxury apartment rental market.

Sedgwick Gardens exceeded my expectations. The studio apartment was recently renovated and is more than I could have hoped for. The staff is friendly and helpful and the building, grounds and facilities are well maintained and always very clean. Would definitely recommend.
