I recently visited an apartment complex and Dawn was our guide, and I must commend her exceptional service. Dawn was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took the time to show us around the complex, highlighting key features and answering all our questions with great detail and patience. Her enthusiasm and in-depth understanding of the property made our visit both informative and enjoyable. The apartment complex itself was impressive, but it was Dawn's expertise and personable approach that truly made our experience memorable.

I have read all of the reviews and today I feel great about being here during the change and still yet receiving great value! First, let me mention Cesar served me and was super helpful every step of the way. He has been super helpful from the very beginning, making the move-in transition seamless, he is very communicative, on top of things and I highly recommend working with him. Location: I love this location, this apartment complex is perfectly situated in the city. It's not far from the Domain, easy access to downtown, and easy access to getting out of the city by car, or almost a straight shot to the airport. You are right around the corner from 360, the most beautiful scenery in Austin, by far! Issues: I read all of the reviews and the reason I am glad to be here during this change is because so many of these issues are being addressed, it's almost like they are going down the list and targeting each issue one by one and fully communicating with all residents on how they are targeting the issue and keeping in touch on the status of each. As for the water, they have fully changed out the boiler system and everything is brand new. The change came due to the storm, but they did it quick, smooth and fully communicated on all. The lack of receiving packages was one thing I was concerned about, as I would not want my packages left out while I am at work especially since my apartment is near the street. However, they addressed this point as well, they are now building out a package system to be able to accept packages in the future, and they came up with a temporary solution while that gets built out, which is to accept them at the office for the time being. The trash system is something every apartment complex in Austin uses, where they charge for valet trash, which means they pick up your trash for you and yes you do need to be able to decipher between recycling and non-recycling with a blue bag. That is more of a conceirge service, but if you don't know the conceirge concept, then you won't understand this service. Also, it is pretty quite around here, from time to time you do hear some people coming into the complex with base thumping and loud music, but they quickly seem to turn it down as they get into the complex. IInside the apartment it appears old, but it is very clean, they are well kept, and for the value you get here, you just have to work around the "old". I have been here 2 months so far and have had a pleasant experience so far. The surroundings: I constantly see cyclist and runners along this road. It also seems to be a walking community, as I see people walking down the street to Trader Joes, HEB or just walking for exercise and fresh air. I just moved here from NYC, I have a car, but I opted to walk to Trader Joes a few times and it was nice. Oh yes, as for maintenance issues, they seem to address every issue you submit as well. I envision this place for those that are just starting their business, youtubers, e-commerce, graduate students, or those just starting their career and need to be in a convenient but yet nice area. I say yes to these apartments, and ask for Cesar, he is absolutely on top of it and customer service oriented. I say you will not be disappointed!
I moved in on the 10th of this month. So far I've had to submit two work orders- one for the bathroom shower not working, one for the air conditioning not working. Both times they responded same day- moreover, both times they responded within FOUR HOURS. I'm blown away by the amazing service provided.
Anyone looking for an affordable, yet central apartment need look no further. Within walking distance of the arboretum, 10 minutes away from the domain and 15 away from lakeline, one couldn't be more hooked in to things to do. Additionally, the grounds are beautifully kept with lovely trees providing shade for the units. The staff is helpful and friendly, the apartment (while definitely old) is clean, homey, and welcoming. I'm more than pleased to be a part of the community.

I have lived at village oaks for a year and a half. I absolutely love living here. The staff is amazing and has always done their best to accommodate me as a resident. The apartment manager Ben is wonderful. Last week, I needed to get my battery off and was having issues for over an hour getting the screws loose. Ben came out and spent over an hour of his time helping me get my battery off so I could get my car working. This place is a wonderful place to live with great staff. The management is top notch.

The maintenance staff is top notch. I just had my microwave replaced by Lavel. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. Not only did he expertly replace my microwave but also cleaned up afterwards. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail.
A few months ago Angelo replaced my garbage disposal. Angelo is kind hearted and will always stop to speak when he’s not too busy.
Both of these interactions make me feel like this place is more than an apartment complex but a real community.

Lauren was so helpful throughout the touring and application process! Seriously this girl deserves a raise! The apartments are in such a good location and are very well kept, and the office staff is just absolutely phenomenal!

Lived here for 2 years.
I have had no major issue with the apartment and everything was working great on move in and move out.
The office staff and maintenance were top notch.
We always received enough notice whenever utilities had to be temporarily turned off for community repairs.
When we moved out we followed the office's instruction for a smooth move out inspection and had no issues leaving.
The only reason we moved to another Northland property is due to the fact that there were no bigger 2 bedroom apartments available.
This complex is in a very convenient location for being able to walk to many places to shop and eat in the area.
I highly recommend this apartment complex.
