I have lived here for three years now and I love it!! Jessica is the absolute best, she answers questions and concerns promptly, making sure all needs are met. There are downsides but I believe that is more the people that live here and not management themselves (i.e. the dog poop left behind and/or people parking wherever they please). Highly, highly, highly suggest checking this place out or their other locations! I always want to recognize the men in maintenance because they do an amazing job! Thank you guys for all you do!

I've lived here over a year and it is amazing, you really get what you pay for! The staff is all great, especially Samuel, our maintenance guy! To address some of the other reviews: We were worried about parking based on other reviews but it hasn't been an issue even with our 2 cars. Trash can get a little full on holiday weekends but they do a great job keeping the grounds clean and manicured. Some reviews mention that they were "assigned" a unit by management, this is so inaccurate. No rental place assigns units, you ask them which are available and you can pick. I made a point to scout out the vacant locations before picking. The pool is open 24 hours which is great for us and we have never witnessed a rowdy party there or even more than 5 people at once. Overall a great place to call home!
