Bobby in the leasing office is great. Incredibly kind, warm, thoughtful and just on top of it. I’m not a resident (yet), but there are a few things making this complex quite appealing. 1) the leasing office seems to be very responsive (Bobby interacted with their residents very warmly and seemed to have a good relationship with them). 2) The apartments aren’t the nicest I’ve seen, but they’re spacious, have thoughtful layouts, and are well-priced (more so than many nicer looking apartments I’ve toured). 3) the leasing office seems to really care about their residents’ living experience - they take polls to understand what their residents want, and then actually follow through on a response. 4) it’s very conveniently located, and you get the best of both worlds - being in uptown, right along the M-line and very close to the Katy Trail, while also being tucked away and protected from a bit of the noise that uptown gets. 5) this one is very underrated… there’s dedicated guest parking on every floor of the parking garage for easy access to your apartment. Overall, from the outside looking in, it seems like a wonderful place to live. Biggest downsides are that the walls. cabinets, ceilings, and bathrooms aren’t the prettiest, and the outside of the building is not attractive, but if you can live with that, it’s a great little place.

Great experience, easy and safe parking, parking is great. Office and maintenance staff are great. The apartments themselves are well finished, maintained very well, absolutely no complaints. Would recommend to a friend. Management is constantly working to improve the complex. Great West Village / Uptown location. Very safe, walk friendly. Includes dog park, mature trees, all covered parking, pool, grills, updated apartments, thank you !
