Best Apartments Tucson has to offer! I love these apartments, super close to the UofA and downtown Tucson. The apartments are new, clean with awesome up grades. Love the kitchen, the community and location! I would highly recommend Cherry Park Apartments in Tucson near the University of Arizona!

Apartments themselves: 5/5 Landlord: 4/5 I lived here for three years, and recently moved out. Here's a quick rundown for anyone looking to rent here. Pros: -Comfortable apartments, clean and well-kept. The kitchens are fancy and worked well -no real pest problems, only occasional ants that pest control dealt with -In-unit washing and drying -Apartment design is unique and not uniform - it's a renovated red cross and has a lot of character from that past -includes a nice outside courtyard and open-air hallways which are cool during the summer -stays warm during the winter -the neighborhood is nice, safe, and walkable and bikeable -close to the UofA, downtown, and South Tucson -close to a grocery store (~6 blocks) and local restaurants including a great food truck -often quick on maintenance requests -got our security deposit back! (after two days of scrubbing) Cons: -egregious rent hikes (+50% in three years) -AC units are loud, inefficient, and tend to leak during the summer -slow to fix bigger issues like AC -tends to be warm during the summer -walls are kind of thin, which is fine if your neighbors are cool, but can also create problems -don't even think about locking your bike outside overnight, it will get stolen if you don't keep it inside your apartment -parking lot is large and ugly and generally uninviting Notes: the neighborhood may be in the process of gentrifying. If you rent here, learn about the neighborhood and how your tenancy affects everyone else around you. Also always advocate for yourself - keep your landlord honest because otherwise they will exploit you.
