I lived in a studio unit at L6 for 3 years during grad school at the U of A and I was very happy with my experience. Management was accommodating and responsive to any requests I had. The apartment complex itself was kept well maintained and is located within walking distance of the U of A, 4th Ave. and Time Market. You can't beat the price for the location, especially as a student. I would highly recommend living at L6 or renting from Bright Properties in general.

I live at L6 and have rented from Bright Properties for the past two years. I recently renewed for a third. It's a wonderful property management company and apartment complex which is a rare find! The apartment complex is beautiful, clean, safe, updated, and well maintained. The location is amazing (walking distance to 4th and the university), the apartment is spacious, and the price is reasonable. I have had very few maintenance issues, but they have been resolved quickly. The owner Phil and the business manager Tricia are personable, kind people who have been responsive when needed.
