All this is just outside your door. Around the neighborhood, you will find nearby daily conveniences such as Trader Joe’s and Walmart, as well as many restaurants and retailers. Our community is ideally positioned next to the campuses of major tech leaders, Microsoft and Nintendo. Just outside of our community you will find that the beauty of the Pacific Northwest surrounds you. Spend weekends on Lake Sammamish or escape to hike Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park. I don't understand why they have too low rating. But I am living here since 2019. I like these apartments, because it is like economy comfort class. So, not very new, but not very old. I think it is normal to live. But of course not a luxury. One more advantages is placed almost central, middle of Bellevue and Redmond. This place is very easy for my work and for everything. Maintenance team also working great, I just opening new service in resident app and they'll fix as soon as possible. Of course, for me too hard to reach leasing office quickly when I want, but I solved all my problems, changes with just writing email. Sometimes I am waiting their respond little longer, but they'll anyway responding me. You can't call directly them, but system is working by email and resident app. Leasing office sometimes making open hours, and I go and getting answers all my questions. Here is also gym, pool, but I am not using them personally. Washing machine, drier, kitchen, heater working acceptable. And parking space is enough for every resident and for your guests as well. For me everything working good enough. By email I always contacting with Rebecca or Miranda. Thanks for them also.

I lived at The Trails of Redmond for about three years, and my experience was excellent! The leasing office staff were always friendly, professional, and welcoming. Special thanks to Britt Griffin and Perla Montoya for their exceptional service, with whom I mostly interacted—they always went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. The community itself is garden-style, with plenty of walking space and lush greenery that adds to its charm. Unlike many other places in the area, there’s ample space between buildings, offering a sense of privacy and openness that’s hard to find. The maintenance team was prompt, efficient, and courteous—every request was addressed quickly and thoroughly. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. Move-out charges were fair and transparent, making the entire process smooth. Overall, The Trails of Redmond is a wonderful place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant, green, and well-managed living experience!
