Apartments at Falls Crossing (previously Campus Park Housing) has been nothing but good to me! The new management is amazing! They are very nice and have helped me solve all of my problems even after I moved out. They are on top of everything and they always answer my phone calls. They are following health guidelines so that the tenants can still have a fun and safe time at the pool or in the lobby. Even when I was moving out, one of the ladies stopped by and took my keys for me. It would have been simple to drop my keys off at the office, but I was grateful to have one less thing to worry about on that stressful day! They had made the transition into the new management so easy and I have nothing bad to say about the new reform. I would highly consider renting from them again and recommend them with the new management!!

EDIT: 3/5/24: After over 3 years of complaining about the stairs icing over, I finally slipped on them. Am highly interested in building a legal case. EDIT 6/29/22: Just posted my review as photos so this won't get hidden. People deserve to know what's happening here. My last review was falsely 🏳️ed, it doesn't show up on incognito windows or on other profiles and quite honestly people deserve to know that things are really not optimal living conditions here. As of 6/29/22 I have lived here two years and will be submitting my previously hidden review. -------- 3/16/20 Management has apparently changed hands within the past year or so, and every maintenance request I have made since moving in has been botched either by showing up at the incorrect time, on an arbitrary day, showing up and not addressing the issue or not initiating communication in a timely manner, or just flat out not showing up on scheduled days. The maintenance request process is WILDLY inconsistent at BEST. When complaints are made, they are not being addressed in meaningful timeframes or ways. After multiple calls in four months, there's still people blasting music in the courtyard after 10pm, our upstairs neighbors are still aggressively rough housing despite management's reassurance that they have been talked to, someone in our building is STILL blasting loud music that can be heard through our walls after midnight, and an alarming number of tenants still leave trash out in front of their doors or in front of the dumpster in the middle of summer to stink up the surroundings instead of walking it a minute into the dumpsters themselves, and nothing is being done about any of it whatsoever. EDIT 2: 6/26/22 It's been a little over a year since I've updated this, and I'm not any happier at all. I'll be downgrading my review to a 1* and encouraging anyone reading this not to stay longer than a year if you can avoid it. Noise complaints don't get enforced in meaningful ways, they're just text messages sent to the tenants. Our upstairs neighbors are still at it and are either ignoring noise complaints or those are not getting communicated meaningfully, our side neighbors are still turning up the bass, and (not a noise complaint) our downstairs neighbors have now started smoking below our windows. Thankfully the health concern complaint was taken seriously and corrective action was immediate and swift. I have about 8 outstanding maintenance requests that have been sitting idle for MONTHS, 2 of which I'm probably within my right to notify the fire marshal. Our smoke detector has still not been replaced after almost 5 months of making multiple requests (the battery is not out, I've tried swapping it - the actual detector is broken) one of our stairwells has a landing with rotting wood that freezes into a sheet of ice in the winter and has not been addressed in OVER two years with multiple requests, and apparently random cars can just get abandoned in the parking lot and take up space indefinitely. The pipes to this place are old and need attention, so all of your water will need filtering. This isn't that bad if you have a sink filter, but this also includes the ice maker which coming into the summer will make your water taste foul. They have already stated they will not replace anything involving the fridge's ice filters. Tenants still after initial complaints apparently think it's okay to leave garbage on their doorsteps so flies and bugs can gather in the summer so you end up with hot smelly bug infested hallways because people don't know how to walk their trash to the dumpsters consistently. This is not a problem unique to a single doorstep, there's a LOT of tenants that do this and it's gross. Ultimately, my point is the place is falling apart and you're not going to likely feel heard in any capacity unless you're in immediate danger or they could be breaking the law blatantly.
