This building is privately owned (not by Kass Management) and extremely well managed which is very different than many of the larger buildings. It is a high quality building and has all of the amenities some of the larger buildings have in a boutique environment (bocce ball, arcade room, skyline terrace, dog run, entertainment room, gym, etc) . I would highly recommend living in this building considering its prime location and proximity to public transportation (Western Blue Line, 606, Bus, Milwaukee Bike Lane)
