1 star for location, otherwise there is nothing royal about this place. Old property, so expect lot of maintenance issues. Getting hold of someone for maintenance is a whole new adventure. Nobody responds for a long time, then starts the procrastination, which finally leads to some action, hence allow enough days before expecting any service. No property manager onsite. If your apartment is facing the roadside (Tilton Ave), then be prepared to hear every sound of a passing car throughout as its quite a busy road. Tenants move-in and out quickly, so maybe will work for a short haul for some.

These units are ancient old, and other than location nothing much to look forward to. Property manager becomes un-reachable after you sign the lease. Hard to get any maintenance done. Pretty much everything in the unit is a patch-work which is about to break in no time.
