The apartment building is located just 2 miles from all the downtown hospitals and is also 1 mile from the University of Louisville campus. The building was constructed in the 1890s after the Kentucky Exposition and sits near the fountain of Saint James Court. The front door has a keypad entry and mailboxes are located within the building. Through the lobby is the shared laundry room for the building with one washer and two dryers, all coin-operated. Up the spacious, sweeping staircase is the quiet, one-bedroom apartment. Entering through your own private foyer into the living room, you will find this third-floor apartment boasts a stunning view of the courtyard. The apartment itself is full of character with original brick and window work and a decorative fireplace. The living room comes furnished with a couch and armchair, smart television, and a desk with the necessary stationery to complete any work from home. Through the living room, you enter the bedroom suite, complete with a full-size bed, dresser, and smart television. The bedroom room has a closet for extra storage and a full-size bathroom with bath linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware you need! Cabinets stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans, mixing bowls, and silverware. Appliances furnished in the kitchen are a full-size gas range, over the stove microwave, and a refrigerator. Small appliances provided are a toaster, coffee pot, and a waffle iron. Any at-home cook would feel right at home in this kitchen! Leases and rent are maintained through Buildium. A short application process is required before move in. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required upon move in to cover possible damages. Leases must be 30 days or longer.
