Very nice to have the building back to where it was—if not better. The owners finally got rid of Peak Management and everything is now impeccably clean and everyone is very friendly. Such a great community.

My experience today at The Clark Apartments was amazing! I had the pleasure of taking a tour with Steve who is building management. He led the tour with genuine compassion and enthusiasm! I appreciated how patient he was with showing me several units plus the amenities . In addition, he answered all questions that I had! Often searching for the perfect place can be intimidating but Steve ensured that I was at the right place and made me feel at home as a potential tenant. I am so thankful to have had this opportunity to visit the building and I am hopeful to return! The Clark Apartments are lucky to have Steve!! 5 stars across the board!
