I've been living at this property for over 1 year and my experience has been good. The building I'm at is quite and the neighbors keep to themselves. The property is located near highway 75 which is very convenient and close to shopping centers/stores. Their price on the rent is competitive compared to other apartments. The apartments are nice and a good size.

She has even gone beyond that and helped me in getting connected for electricity and internet. Employees like Nora definitely are assets for any organization and always adds value to each customer. I love this community! They really take care of their residents. They're kind, courteous, efficient, and respectful. I am fortunate to experience this community. Big shout out to Nora, Chris, Miguel and all of the staff that work with passion to ensure the residents are comfortable. Every maintenance request I've ever placed (always minor) has been resolved either same day or the next. I'm so happy here that I just moved my father into the community. I needed it done quickly, and the staff was able to complete everything within 2 days! I haven't experienced any bugs, trash strewn about the property, and it's considerably quiet given that it's a fairly large complex. Would definitely recommend.

The location is super convenient and close to 75. The office staff has been helpful and accommodating. The apartments are newly renovated and the amenities are great. The entire team has made this place feel like home!

This place is wonderful, they take really good care of their apartments. I lived here for 3 years and was really sad to move away from their community. The other tenants are always friendly. The office staff is caring and helpful, as well as prompt. And the maintenance crew works really hard with the friendliest members I have ever met. If you have a problem, they will take care of you. Some of the issues they are dealing with on location was from poor management prior to the current staff who filtered in over the last year and a half. If you are considering this place, don’t hesitate.

Collin Creek Apartments office staff and the maintenance team has always presented a professional, courteous and friendly attitude. I've lived here for over two years and It's been my pleasure living in an active community and great location near Downtown Dallas. It's an easy process to place a work order online. The maintenance team here always response immediately to fixed the issue. I love my unit and the professional team here at Collin Creek.

Just wanted to update my 1 star review and give this place 5 stars after the air conditioner noise issue was fixed. Been meaning to leave a substantive review since I moved in about 4 months ago. So here goes.
Although this place is not perfect, it is the best place I’ve ever lived at. The staff is wonderful and readily available. Huge shout out to Nora who got my application approved same day unlike my nightmare experience with other apartments in the area that I wasted a ton of money on application fees for nothing. I can’t emphasize enough my appreciation of the people who work here. They are genuine and make great effort to help and be helpful.
The unexpected benefit has been access to some really great schools. Also, being able to walk the trails to the parks nearby is pretty awesome. My wife has been pretty happy here (my daughter to) and I do feel lucky to have landed here among all the places that I was considering. I feel safe and secure here and given the proximity to everything it is really nice to be able to get to where I need to go in 5 to 10 minutes. There are children and families here and the folks seem friendly. Overall a great place to live and raise a family.
