So far so good! Sam was my leasing professional and she is super nice. No major issues at move-in. Sherri the manager is also very nice. The location is in a popping area! Im new to Dallas so im excited to see what Addision is all about. Thanks ladies!
Update! I have officially moved out to head back to houston! I must say my year here was EXCELLENT. The new staff was also just as good. Maintence was top tier! The location of this place is perfect!! I had a top floor unit so I had zero issues. Hallways were always clean, felt safe in the garage, I never saw 1 bug in my unit either! If one day I come back to Dallas THIS would be my first choice again!!

Excellent maintenance service, just need to not contact residents from no caller id number so we can answer more easily, but maintenance tech resolved the problem the next day with no issues and even wore show covers to protect our floor. Excellent service

I came in the other day to inquire about available units for this complex . Jose helped me & my boyfriend out tremendously. He was sooo cool and kind to us . I was so appreciative of his welcoming spirit . We were having a really bad day and he doesn't even know how much he lifted spirits with his outgoing and bubbly personality . Even tho we decided to move to a different area in plano , we still greatly appriciate him. Thank you Jose <3

We recently moved, and so far, it seems like a quiet place with beautiful floor plans. The location is perfect. What I appreciate the most is the customer service. Martina has been wonderful. From the moment I arrived for the tour, she was very patient and professional, answering all my questions and keeping me informed throughout the application and lease approval process. We had a minor issue on our moving day, and she ensured everything went smoothly.
