I went to a resident event and it was so fun! I’ve never lived in an apartment complex that did something like this or at least I wasn’t aware of…The grazing table was delish and everything was set up so nicely. We followed along to make our own paining and everything you needed was supplied. I hope they do something like this again soon!

Though I decided not to rent at the Hightone I still felt the need to leave a review because my tour with Ethan was great! While we were touring he explained everything so well that I didn’t have many questions to ask. Super cool guy. The Hightone seems like a wonderful place to live. If you are deciding to tour the place, make sure you get Ethan to lead the way!

I lived here from May 2023- July 2024 (signed back when it was Allora Denton) and had a very positive experience. I signed a 15mo lease for a 2x2 and it ended up at around $2100/month. When we moved in the building was brand new, and the unit was truly amazing. The pictures do it justice. The master bathroom is ridiculously huge and worth every penny - wraparound walk in closet, huge extended bathroom counter space, immense amount of room. The pool and amenities are great. The new management company seems fine, and there were no changes to our lease when it was switched over. Mark B is amazing and very helpful! My only complaints are: first, that there are definitely a good amount of bugs. I pay every month for pest control which has never come, and I am constantly vacuuming up spider webs. There was also a weird persistent noise that bothered me for a few months, from around February-June this year. It was a rhythmic knocking sound coming from inside the walls that would occur every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday around 6:30am and lasted usually 15 mins. I couldn't figure out what it was besides maybe a pipe when my neighbor would shower. It would wake me up every time but I never figured out what it was. Overall I highly recommend this place!

This is my first time moving out on my own and it was a very easy process! Ethan answered all the questions I had and was incredibly nice. This is a great community and the only thing I would say to keep an eye on if you’re looking to move in, is make sure you register guests cars or your own car cause they don’t play about towing here. Other than that it’s a great place and I’m glad it’s my new home.

I came to the resident event tonight for the painting and charcuterie and I have never experienced an apartment do such an event. They provided food, drinks, painting supplies and great vibes. I really hope they can keep doing events like this because I had so much fun. Thank you Hightone

I recently visited The Hightone apartments and was blown away. The welcoming atmosphere, professionalism of the staff, and seamless leasing process stood out to me. Haley, the leasing agent, is simply the best. She made the experience effortless and enjoyable. Her knowledge of the property, attention to detail, and welcoming attitude made all the difference. She knew the details about the amenities and lease terms, remembered my preferences, and prioritized finding the right home for me.
The thoughtfully designed common areas, well-maintained facilities, peaceful atmosphere, and daily trash pick-up service made it easy to picture myself living there. The daily trash pick-up is an amazing feature more apartments should adopt—it really adds to the convenience and comfort of living here. Haley answered every question with confidence and enthusiasm—like when she explained the pet policy and lease options.
I can't wait to move in—if you're looking for a place with a great community, fantastic amenities like the fitness center, pool table, dedicated bike room, and spacious pool, plus an amazing leasing experience, The Hightone should be at the top of your list. It's appearing to be a truly a fantastic place to call home.
