Emir who is the head of maintenance is amazing. He came for an emergency fix 20 minutes after I called on a Saturday and was able to fix both problems in a kind and compassionate manner. He was so friendly and very accommodating.

I've lived here for four years and have had a number of reasons to submit maintenance requests which have all been responded to promptly by Emir and his team. Basic things like appliance issues, ceiling leaks, even light bulbs have all been taken care of without any trouble. I had to write a review because Emir spent a lot of time today helping me recover a piece of jewelry that bizarrely fell into a slit in the oven and I thought was gone forever. I'm thankful for his commitment to service, problem solving abilities, and general kindness when I see him around the complex. Thanks Emir - you make living here feel stress-free!
