Great place to live! Staff are very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Maintenance requests are always answered promptly. The grounds are always well kept. Thank you for being so amazing!

This is my fifth year living here, and it has been by far the best apartment community I have ever experienced! From Cami and her professional staff in the office, to Max and his maintinence crew keeping the buildings safe and sound, you will never find an apartment community in The Cities that could compare! The grounds are constantly and seasonally manicured and the buildings common areas cleaned weekly make it such a lovely place to call my home! And the best part are the sound proof walls! Not to mention the beautifully remodeled units with modern amenities! Tucked away here in The Carag neighborhood in Uptown, you will find The Avid apartments convenient to many shops and restaurants nearby with plenty of private and street parking available! If I haven't convinced you yet to live here may I add that the affordability of these apartments is why I continue to stay...I couldn't imagine living anywhere else!!!
