We love this building, the whole experience of living here is great! Love the amenities, the design, the views, the staff and the way it all works. I really enjoy the sense of community they create with special events and workshops!!

We’ve been here for the past half year and could not ask for a better living experience! We had actually looked at via 57 a year ago when we first moved to the city and met with Monique Dorgay, who was fantastic and gave us a comprehensive tour of this beautiful building. We decided to finally make the move this past spring, and reached out again to her. She gave us multiple tours and answered all of our billions of questions, again with so much patience and thoughtfulness! We really enjoyed working with her, she really is a major asset to the leasing team! Also huge shout out to the maintenance team and the front desk team, all who are amazing, down to earth, and excellent at what they do. They make the experience of living at via 57 above and beyond! Our dogs are more excited to see them than they are to see me 😂
