Amli is a very peaceful, secure and smoke free community. The appliances and amenities are well maintained, maintenance stuffs are very responsive and the leasing office is very helpful. Overall a great place to live with family.

Charra was absolutely amazing throughout the entire leasing process. From a tour that felt very personal to me and my fiances preferences and needs, to the smoothest application process, even with hiccups in between that we had no clue of. She was very informative and communicative and helped make our decision to live here even easier. We have been here for a few weeks now and absolutely love it and so does our fur baby with her own yard. Thank you for being amazing and helping our transition to our new home smooth as possible.

AMLI has been great!!! Easy to work with staff, the amenities are very nice and well taken care of which is a huge plus since the reason I moved into an apartment was to eliminate household maintenance. I had an issue with my kitchen sink and an hr later they had it repaired. Our view of the pool area is top notch, but most importantly my wife loves this place!
Cynthia was so helpful with the whole process! I fell in love with the first unit she showed me! I love the high ceilings and pool view, plus the amenities! It's beautiful here! Thank you Cynthia!!!

I had the pleasure of moving into a fantastic one-bedroom apartment that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this place was special. Located on the first floor, the apartment is perfectly situated next to the pools, and gym making it incredibly convenient for those who love to swim or simply relax by the water. The proximity to the pools adds a resort-like feel to the living experience, which is simply unbeatable.
The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable and modern living space. The living room is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the bedroom is cozy and perfect for a good night's rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a joy to prepare meals at home.
One of the standout features for me of this complex is the gym. As someone who prioritizes fitness, having such a well-equipped gym just steps away from my apartment was a huge bonus. It’s clean, well-maintained, and has all the equipment you could possibly need for a full workout.
Security is another strong point here, with a secure parking garage that ensures peace of mind for residents. Knowing my car is safe and sound and protect from Texas hail storms is a great relief.
A special mention must go to Charra, a member of the office staff who truly goes above and beyond. Charra is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whether it's handling maintenance requests, providing local recommendations, or simply greeting residents with a smile, Charra’s dedication to excellent service makes a significant positive impact on the community.
Location-wise, this apartment couldn’t be better. It’s close to a variety of shops, malls and Starbucks, which makes running errands a breeze. Additionally, being just across the street from a baseball stadium is a unique perk. We get free Firework show almost every weekend. Whether you’re a sports fan or not, the energy and excitement of game days add a vibrant atmosphere to the neighborhood.

I just moved in to AMLI Frisco Crossing and can genuinely say moving here was one of the best decisions I've made. A large part of the reason I decided to live here was both the nice area (beautiful sidewalks and tons of trees - like living in a park) as well as all the other great reviews both of the property and the management.
Throughout the entire process from inquiring about leasing to signing and moving in, the team at Frisco Crossing has been the very definition of exemplary. It's evident in their up-beat personalities, professionalism and responsiveness that they genuinely care about the residents and creating top-tier living experience. This has truly made it feel like a real community with great communication, all sorts of events to get involved, and of course the top-notch amenities (two spectacular pools, a large professional quality gym/fitness center, nearby ballpark and ice rink).
Overall, I would highly recommend checking out AMLI Frisco Crossing. It checks all the boxes. Spectacular (and reasonably priced) apartment homes, tons of amenities, very clean/safe grounds and surrounding area, and exceptional staff that go above and beyond to truly make you feel at home and a valued member of the community.

Loved the layout of our 2-bedroom apartment and never had any issues with parking as there is a parking garage and outside parking. Maintenace and staff are friendly and helpful. If your apartment is facing the Riders Field, it does get pretty noisy and can be annoying half of the time but can't complain about that as we are the ones who knowingly chose to move to a busy area.

Since we moved in on Day 1 back in August of 2019, Deric has been there every step of the way. He has been with AMLI a long time and his experience shows. We had an issue with animal odors leftover from previous tenants, and he checked in with us until it was resolved, which is really what I look for in my residence. We LOVE all the baseball, and the Skybox Suite is amazing even when it’s not baseball season. We’re close to ANYTHING we could need, and keep discovering more and more fun Frisco things. Must add that we have a full size side-by-side fridge/freezer in our unit and it is the BOMB and a rare find in apartment living.
