First off Donna and Angie are amazing. These two work so well together! They are also sweet kind and considerate. The maintenance team are just as amazing! Even in this heat Stan and his guys kick butt and take names always friendly no matter what! Hopefully they all get the recognition they deserve!!

My two sons live here and it's beautiful! I live in Broward county Florida and this is much nicer and inexpensive. Beautiful everything here. I would like to move here myself.

As an accomplished Google Local Guide, I'd like to share my initial experiences with a community apartment complex... Having been an avid walker/runner around the Lake Underhill Trail here in the Orlando, Florida metro/urban area for several years, I've always found myself favorably looking toward the Enclave at Lake Underhill complex upon each lap. Enclave at Lake Underhill features a lovely, well-designed and manicured entrance. One can see, with vehement clarity, that this is a community priding itself on being nature-forward. (i.e. It features older-growth trees - where communities less than half of a mile away do not, natural beauty is enhanced by a moderate, carefully-planned beachfront, etc.) The wonderful nuances, most certainly, do not cease there. This community features what I can only describe as a truly Feng Shui-respectfully designed Koi Pond. I can quite easily see myself enjoying the next chapter of my employer-sponsored book club on one of those comfortable observing benches. I, wholly, encourage you to merely take a moment in envisioning your doing the very same. So, I did it. I decided to pull the trigger. I embarked upon exploring Enclave at Lake Underhill as my viable, most fitting community and home. I never expected my experience to suddenly become even more positive. I was soon given the 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙩 pleasure of working with Angie Pagan. To say that Angie is an effective, responsive, knowledgeable and professional representative is a 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘴 understatement. If I have a question, Angie is there. If I need something to help me decide upon my choice of moving, Angie is there. However, first and foremost, Angie has consistently played a 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 role in helping me garner required documentation from my current <Community Name Self-Redacted for Respect> community mere yards down the road. Many of us have been to Orlando, Florida, sure. However, if you want a 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙚 Orlando experience (community, Disney, downtown, respectful...everything), you need only stop at Enclave at Lake Underhill. And Angie will indeed assist you with remarkable aplomb.
