Nine months ago, my partner and I swapped the TX heat for the FL sunshine, and boy, were we nervous about finding the perfect new home! We did plenty of research and visited over eight apartment complexes in the area, trying to pick the best one for our needs. After a couple of days of visiting different places and not feeling completely happy, we finally found Brickstone Maitland and fell in love! Since then, this place has become more than just our apartment, it has become our home. We genuinely enjoy living here. Even though I could write a very long list of reasons why we love living here, I don’t want to bore anyone, so I’ll just highlight my top three favorite things about this place, in ascending order of importance: 1. Great location: These apartments are conveniently located just 5 minutes from I-4, and very close to restaurants, grocery stores, Downtown Orlando, gas stations, and more. 2. Beautiful facilities and apartments: The complex has a bark park, gym, pool, and a nice trail around the lake that's perfect for morning or evening walks. All the facilities and amenities are clean and well-maintained. 3. The best part! The staff!! Oh my! Let me tell you, I move a lot due to my job, and I’ve lived in 7 different apartments in 3 different states over the last 9 years, and I’ve never enjoyed interacting with the staff as much as I do here. Flory (the community manager) and Monica (the assistant manager) are my angels. Every single time I’ve needed their help, they have gone above and beyond. They really make us feel like they’ve got our backs. And what about David Zayas and his maintenance team (Jahkeele and Frankie)? Oh man, they are awesome! Every time I put in a work order, they’re knocking on my door in just a few hours (sometimes even minutes!) with a big smile, ready to get things done. They’re like the superheroes of Brickstone, always arriving with a smile and saving the day! They are such good people, and I even consider David my friend. :') In summary, Brickstone Apartments is not just a place to live, it's a place to call home. We’ve been here for 9 months since moving from TX, and we have zero regrets – except maybe not moving sooner! Thanks to everyone on the staff for making us feel right at home!

The property is beautiful well kept clean all the time. Flory and Monica are Amazing property managers. Maintenance are always on point with Request thank you David Jankeele and Frankie I would recommend ohh and they love pets they have treat at the entrance They love to do monthly events for the kids 1/7/2025 S’mores night for the family and kids
