First let me till you about our property management Latishia she's working hard to make sure everyone follows the rules when it comes to taking out the trash in putting in the dumpster not on the side or leaving trash in mail room it's not just the contractors, between Latishia and our new leasing manager Gia they have left several messages telling tenants to respect parking and to help keep the parking lot clean along with mailroom. about the party room which you can rent it's not just the party room making loud noises it's loud music playing extremely loud when tenants guest/tenants are playing music extremely loud after 3am Whenever coming back home. Sorry for getting off track but you are truly thinking about a place you can call home Amberley House is a awesome place to call your home and I'm under 65.If all tenants will just do tell part if you see trash in the parking lot or around dumpster please pick it up and let's help keep our mailroom clean and yes there was a trash can in our mailroom it was only for junk mail not for your everyday trash, seriously weekends were the worse between tenant's kids, guests the trash can would be full and these guests and tenant's kids would continue to load the trash till it spilled over. Now back to my maintenance request I filled out my air conditioner stopped working after 4pm on Monday I filled out the request form that Monday evening and Tuesday morning John came not only was he polite and concerned because air conditioner stopped working he found out what the issue was and corrected that issues. So Amberley House thank you for hiring people like John within your maintenance,thank you for the cleaning staff that keeps the hallways clean and laundry room clean( if we is tenants would just do our part once they clean the hallways, mailroom, lobby. So if you are reading this review and you are a current renter at Amberley House and you see trash and the hallways or lobby , parking lot lets help keep our home safe and clean. We also have a fitness workout room If you have small children grant it there's no play area for young children but there is a park if you drive you can take them to French Park OR even buy a wagon put your young children inside you get your exercise and walk to the park it a nice walk.
