We recently moved and my husband and I LOVE the Canopy! The staff, community, and neighbors are so inviting. Joel has been a huge asset in helping us find our home here, and bless Jennifer too. She has answered all of my calls and every question I’ve had. They are a wonderful team in the leasing office and helped to make our moving process an easy transition. Every unit has brand new air conditioning units installed in them and they work GREAT. Heats and cools within minutes. Good AC is a must have in Florida. The water heater works amazing too. The kitchen is incredible as well! I love being in the kitchen, cooking and baking, and the stove tops boil a massive pot of water within a few minutes, and cools just as fast. The oven heats to 350 within a few minutes. The fridge and freezer are very spacious. We love the layout of our townhouse. It doesn’t even feel like a townhouse but more of a home. We are so happy here. I’d also like to note the maintenance staff! They respond so quickly and we ESPECIALLY love David. The staff that I have met are all wonderful here! And a special shout out to David. He has been nothing shy of being the greatest, so friendly, integral, and goes above and beyond to look out for us. We adore him. The pools are massive and beautiful, the fire pits and grills too. We love the ponds throughout the property and they do a FANTASTIC job of landscaping here. It’s always in immaculate condition. Even the roads were recently paved and painted in the community. The valet trash is another amazing feature as well as having a very organized on site trash compactor, recycling, and larger trash collections. The neighbors are wonderful and all have been happily residing here for many years which we took as a very great sign. Another huge selling point for my husband and myself was how tranquil and peaceful the community is. It’s so quiet and we feel very safe and at peace here. We love the beautiful gym and plan on using it regularly once we get more settled from our move. The dog parks are great, and the fur babies here are so friendly, which is wonderful as we plan to get our own fur baby to bring home one day. We plan on calling the Canopy our home for a long while. Thank you again Joel, Jennifer, and David! We appreciate everything you’ve done and all your hard work to provide us our safe haven of a home here at The Canopy! Y’all are the dream team!

Nice place to live excellent office and maintenance staff. Love the idea that no one is living upstairs from me and this property is very quite. Nice job guys and thanks for all your help.
