Do not waste your time applying to this place. The staff is not professional whatsoever and if you even ask so much as little questions about the unit you are willing to rent(THE PLACE YOU ARE GOING TO LIVE IN) they will give you a rude response and just pressure you to apply without realizing what you are getting into. The building policies are BEYOND strict that it’s ridiculous. The only thing this place has going is it’s price and utilities included but trust me, if the quality of service is anything related to the disrespect I was treated with - I would rather spend another $500 on a different apartment in the area then putting up with a 12 month lease at this building. I write this only to encourage you to look at other options and avoid my mistake. Then again, to each their own.
