In general I like this place. But twice now their “auto-pay” service has not worked. I left my apartment today to find a five day notice of eviction for nonpayment of rent. They deducted the the July payment with no problem. Why is there a problem now? So they will charge the exorbitant late fee because their system didn’t work. Does that seem fair?

I have lived here for 10+ years, and the one thing that consistently outperforms all the rest is the maintenance dept. The maintenance dept. consists of only one outstanding person, Arturo. Thanks to him my service requests are timely, done right the first time, and are accomplished by a professional, courteous, and friendly person!
