I have been living here for 6 months now. This is my first time living in an apartment, and I couldn't be happier with this location! Also, whenever something needs a little attention, the maintenance team is on point! Mario is supper attentive and quick to take action. Even though I was very happy with the way the complex was set up, I am happy to see that something is always being upgraded. The pool area is very well kept, the landscaping is on point, and the management staff has exceeded my expectations.

Review for the Maintenance: I have lived in these apartments for 7 years going on 8. The maintenance team is great! Always ready to greet you with a smile and are always maintaining the areas clean. Since the beginning MARIO from the Maintenance Dept. has always gone above and beyond to fix certain issues we may have inside the apartment. I know his job is tough having to attend to everyones needs but he still manages to get the job done right and not just push it off. I do not think he gets enough credit for all the work he does here at Summer Crest. Mario you truly are the best and your work never goes unnoticed. Thank you for all that you do!
