We’ve lived in a studio unit for the past few months and have loved it. The area is perfect and has everything you could possible want or need within walking distance. I have never felt unsafe, even while walking my dog at 11pm at night. The building, amenities, and surrounding area are always clean and secure. There’s a super safe package room (important for an Amazon addict like me) and the pool has the best sunlight (important for a tanning addict like me). The studio has more space than we could have dreamed and it has more than enough room for myself, my boyfriend, and our small dog.

After some very stressful apartment hunting earlier this year, we moved in April of 2024 and we’re so happy to have found this place. We love the location, our neighbors, and the staff. The community atmosphere is welcoming, and I've enjoyed getting to know my neighbors. The location is unbeatable, with so many great restaurants, stores, and coffee shops within walking distance. I really cannot recommend this complex enough.

My fiancé and I moved to WeHo 5 months ago and we had our eye on Domain after going to MANY tours in the area. Martin was our leasing agent and was extremely responsive and super helpful with sending us photos and videos of all the available listings. We trusted him so much that we actually wound up going for an opening based on floorplan blueprints only, because it was occupied right up until we needed to move in. We absolutely love our space now. Even after moving in, Martin responds to emails same day! I think the only thing we did not think of was the amount of traffic noise we would have since we face Santa Monica Blvd - which is no one’s fault really! We moved from very quiet San Diego suburbs so it’s just something we need to get used to! We have since become closely acquainted not just with Martin but also to the 2 other wonderful Domain gentlemen, Sam and Carlin. We truly enjoy speaking with them, and they truly care how you are doing and are ready to help with absolutely anything. Very attentive and really genuine! Amenities/Other things to consider: - the Domain gentlemen are always looking for events or partnerships that benefit the residents, like in-spot car washing, partner discounts, and other fun community events… - so much to do walking distance! (One of our favorite benefits of Domain) - Common areas are well taken care of and we see cleaners often; the gym is good too - very clean and taken care of… - Any maintenance requests are responded to between same day-2 days. They can even stop by when you’re out if you’re ok with it. If they do, they leave a note card saying who stopped by and what they were able to fix during that time. - package room is fob entry with camera surveillance; also lockers work with an app for access Seems like there were issues with previous management but has since changed since we don’t experience the issues stated in previous reviews. Elevators are often maintained which means outages every so often, unfortunately these have increased since we first moved. It’s always when you need them most which is just our luck.
