Looking for an apartment in Portland can be tough and challenging. Many property managers don't reply to your inquiries or don't read the messages you send them, forcing you to restart dialogues over. It's a frustrating process. I got lucky with Overlook 2730 though. Eugenia and Collin were excellent with their communication, quick to work with me on filling out an application and great at answering my questions. If you're feeling stuck trying just to talk to someone at other apartments, give Overlook 2730 a try.

Living here was great. Maintenance requests were handled swiftly and the team was very responsive. Keith was a pleasant man to work with and went out of his way to remember the little things. The building is located in a good area with lots of access to public transportation.
