We've been living here a few months and we absolutely LOVE it. First of all, everything is extremely dog friendly. People in other apartments either have their own dogs/pets, or they love animals in general. So when I step into the elevator with my dogs, people pet them and comment how wonderful they are. The leasing office is right down the street, they are SUPER friendly people and the Super who fixes everything is always around and very fast to fix things. The office always tries to listen to resident suggestions and keep themselves seen in the building and make everyone happy. The apartments themselves are very well kept and beautiful. We LOVE it here.

This is the BEST apartment complex I have lived in. I have no complaints. The leasing staff is kind and responsive. Andrew especially helpful. The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and hard-working. Add that to the convenience of living downtown and this is a 10/10 place. Also they have valet trash service now and it is probably my favorite of the amenities.
