Scheduled an appt and no one showed up. Line is disconnected so can't call and the intercom says office line is constantly in use. Updating to a 5 star as the property manager reached out and rescheduled as there were system issues.

Lived there for a year, last year. Paul, the property manager was very communicative to us about any updates going on throughout the building and was very easy to talk to. He had mentioned at the beginning of our lease, all of the updates and renovations he had planned for the building and literally went through with all of them within the first few months. Our unit was the perfect size for my roommate and me. Spacious, with double-master bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, plus the in-unit laundry was literally what sold us on this place. The clean and updated gym, the surrounding eateries and the nearby CVS were all just the cherry on top. Very convenient location in the middle of everything, but the street still felt very home-y and not over-crowded. Great place to live!
