The manager sue is wonderful and very clean building.

There are roaches in bldg. 3 units on 3d floor left because they were infected with bed bugs. Hot water doesn’t work, lukewarm and if you use the sink at the same time it gets ice cold. Dogs are always off leashes . Russian prostitues on each floor
