They are ok. There are worse apartments around for same price. Solid 3-4 tops, not a 5-star experience. Any of the ground floor units are extremely dark. Original (old) appliances and bathrooms. Not particularly renovated. New carpets, but still carpets. Thin walls between the rooms within the apartment. Being in a ground unit, I can hear my neighbors from above walking, talking, using a bathroom, taking a shower. Laundry room is outside, 4 washers, 4 dryers, $1.75 per each load Fairly quiet place otherwise. Walking distance to Safeway and to Multnomah village during a good weather.

Just moved in, love the coziness and peacefulness of the location. Just off barbur with the 12 line and close to safeway and Fred meters. Jake and Somi are great!
