Kimberly Martinez was AWESOME! I love it when a person say something and keep their word! She had exceptional customer service and her attitude made me feel welcome as if I was already at home. I had two other apartment complex call me to come stay with them, but the trust she formed with me made me chose them over the two others. PLUS, their rent was competitive and the unit was refurbished.

Diamond was incredibly helpful and prompt with my rental transfer. She’s honest whether it’s something you want to hear or not, which i appreciate so i can know how to move forward with anything that needs to be done. The renovated apartments are really nice, modern, up to date and maintenance were also prompt with any fixes that needed to be made. Including pests issues. I honestly feel like compared to other apartment complexes in the area you get your moneys worth and I’m comfortable about my stay here at main ridge. S/O to Diamond again.

I recently had the pleasure of returning back to Mainridge where I once worked 😍, and I must say, I love the upgrade to the units it's beautiful, The day I came to do my tour I met Nancy she did was awesome she was warm and inviting, I was still shopping around until I met Kimberly the assistant manager from start to finish. Kimberly made me feel at home. The service was top-notch. Kim was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the property She went above and beyond to ensure that I would be happy here. Thanks, Kimberly and Nacy jeep up the good work ladies 😍

I love the community and the office staff is so friendly. One of the employees, Joanna Rubio is super friendly and helpful! I didn’t feel rushed and all my questions were answered in great detail by her. Highly recommend looking into these apartments!

Working with Mercedes Trejo was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. She’s very patient and knowledgeable about the property. She was very approachable and eager to help me. I usually go off my own judgment and that’s it, but she actually helped me with my decision, asked questions, and was attentive and proactive to what I wanted. 10 starts for Mercedes.

This place is AWESOME! Handsdown this is the most welcome. Run p.ace we have ever lived. Gabriela( the awesome manager) expects the best from her team and she gets it. If you have a problem, they will fix it to the best they can. If you have a request that she can't get, she will fight for it in corporate. It is so quite here. And he maintenance crew is fantastic! Only way we are leaving this apartment is to a nursing home or morgue( we ain't nearly old enough for there). Thank you Gabriela for making this place feel like home!

The apartments are on my way to work and decided to get off and ask for some information. I will definitely be moving here when my contract is done. Joanna was super friendly and detailed she answered all my questions. Highly recommend looking into these apartments!

Hi! I was referred to Mainridge by my Mother who’s lived in the apartments for over 13 years! Upon move in, the unit was pretty, painted, w/ new and modern fixtures. AC was super cold in this hot Texas heat. Since living here, I’ve had a few simple requests for my unit, which all have been sorted out immediately, and effectively by Kimberly! It’s been my luck, and a blessing to have found such professionalism! Kimberly is a dedicated leader in the main office, and will go out of her way to assist. Her pleasant, caring, kind, helpful demeanor, and easy going vibe is the reason that I chose to renew my lease! 💃🏼 Kimberly is astounding! She goes above, and beyond what most won’t do, and will address any concerns with empathy from what I’ve seen from anyone in the leasing office. If she leaves, I leave (: Be well!
