I've been here for 13 months now, I truly love renting here. The manager is professional and responsive ALWAYS taking care of my needs. Maintenance is fast and does a great job the FIRST time and doesn't need to return on the same issue. My neighbors are cool, working families, nice kids. I feel safe, never having and packages stolen and often my Amazon stuff sits there from morning to evening with no issues. Within the property my car has never been broken into, which is a big deal in Vancouver. And my rent is wonderful! I have 2 bedroom 1.5 bath and it's very affordable. A couple responses to other reviews: This is an older property with no upstairs vent fan, so you need to leave the window open. If you have black mold in the window sill of the upstairs bathroom.. wait for it... You clean it YOURSELF with bleach! Wow, amazing concept am I right? Morons. How are people so dumb nowadays? As well, there is this things called ceiling heat in the upstairs bathroom, it's not there to keep you warm in the bathroom (it can do that if you want it to,) it's for EVAPORATING condensation. Idiots! Run the heater when you shower and leave it on an extra 20 minutes and you'll be amazed by science! 🤣🤣 For the person who complained about kids... They play when it's warm. The kids are cool, no problems, if you don't like them playing MOVE OUT AND DON'T COME BACK! Maybe you can find a nice senior housing complex?? It's great place. Check it out, it's a great place to live. My only complaint is the patios need fully enclosed fences.
