"Location, location, location" I'm a 23 year-old female who lived in a studio at Campbell Court Apartments from August 2012 through May2014 and moved out for job relocation in CA. The grounds are a former hotel renovated into an apartment complex located in a prime location on 23rd, and easy walking distance to the best of 21st. The apartments are a pretty small, but for the price you are paying and the great location, the bucks are definitely worth it! I loved my neighbors. Kate is a great Landlady, the best I've come across. She even gave me a move-in kit that included a small bucket filled with some cleaning supplies and a really nice card welcoming me into the apartment! I had a great experience living at these apartments and miss it terribly.
