I've lived here happily for more than 2 years. I have never had any problems with management or maintenence. Any maintenence needed they always urge to fix even if it's midnight. The property manager always so helpful and makes sure all the community rules are follow all the time. I do recommend to live here. Rent price are good considering it's in the Heights.

My roommate and I both really enjoy living here. We decided to renew our lease again. The apartment staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Not to mention, the maintenance guy is always so quick to respond to our needs.
