I had to come leave a review for a nice lady named Sharon. She scheduled a time to show me an apartment and worked around my busy schedule. She honestly went above and beyond to make me feel like this is just a very caring company who just doesn't think of me as another rent receipt. These apartments are SO lovely! We lived at lake Princess Anne for 3 yrs and never ever had a problem, their townhouses are gorgeous and spacious. I never would’ve moved. We only did, bc we are in the process of buying a house. Lauren, the leasing agent, is the Absolute best and she doesn’t just run the properties she became a great friend. Very professional and caring. The maintenance guy coop ( I hope I got that right lol) is absolutely amazing as well. If there are any issues ( which we never really had any) he’s right there in minutes to help and very very friendly and helpful. I must say too you would think living by a lake you’d see bugs etc not once did we have any bugs we did see beautiful geese, turtles, and rabbits in the yard. This is a place you could call home and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Lake Princess Anne is honestly the best place to live. I honestly can’t say 1 bad thing about it! Lauren you are amazing and thank you for making these last 3 years the best and going above and beyond your duties.

I have only lived here for a few months but so far its been lovely. I feel the rent is reasonable compared to most places these days and I like that there is a flat utility fee for the water & trash. The property is well maintained with the exception of the front fence, which is on the owners not the management staff & during times of high move outs or move ins the dumpsters can get over-filled but maintenance is always quick to resolve. I haven't had too much interaction with the front office staff but I think that is a positive thing. Lauren the office manager is pleasant and helpful. She was easy and efficient to work with while signing our lease. The maintenance supervisor Dustin is wonderful. He is excellent at his job and skilled. He is quick and efficient at fixing any issues that may arise, and so far there have only been small normal things you'd experience at any apartment, like needing a replacement part for appliances and replacing an electric outlet. He is polite and I really appreciate that he makes sure to clean up after himself. He goes out of his way to follow up on any work he does and make sure the issue is fully resolved and that the tenant is satsified. I have even seen him go above and beyond to help out tenants with things that are not his job, such as climbing into the dumpster and sifting through a mountain of trash to help a tenant retrieve something important she had accidentally thrown out. There are nice little touches to the community that I feel make it stand out from other apartments like the old style street lamps, the built in soap dispensers on all of the sinks, the nicer thicker 2" window blinds and the slate/granite around the fireplaces. They have been working on renovating the units and I love the new Whirlpool appliances. I love that they keep up regularly with having a companies come pressure wash the buildings and maintain the lawn, it makes me feel that the staff here really cares about the quality of their service and the property/buildings. It may sound silly but it is important to me and makes a difference. I was really worried about living in an apartment again after living in private residences for over 6yrs but I couldn't be happier with the choice to move here. The neighbors have been great and it's been a quiet and peaceful place to live. * My only complaint would be to the owners of the property: I feel it would be of great benefit to either remove or replace the playground. It's old and boring for younger children. There is no slide or swing mainly just monkey bars and worn down rock climbing, which with the height that they are, are meant for older kids. I think it would be nice for a newer more age inclusive playground or maybe turn the area into a small dog park or garden area.
