My experience at The Star was absolutely exceptional. Not only is the building truly one-of-a-kind with a rich history and architecture, but the staff are simply amazing. The leasing team, specifically Brandon Martindale, Ebony Cain and Ashely Stewart went above and beyond to help me. It's rare to find people who are this passionate about what they do, and will go out of their way to make sure residents are satisfied. The Star sets the bar high for good customer service, 5-star amenities, and incomparable atmosphere. I cannot recommend this apartment more. As if this weren't enough, the building and parking garage are super safe. As a young single woman I felt very safe even at night in the middle of downtown due to the awesome 24-hour concierge. I hope this place never changes, The Star will always feel like home to me <3

I am in the process of signing my first lease for an apartment in this building. Besides location, the building has plenty of history , architecture and character. Also, the amenities are top level and the terrace has great city views. The apartments are well designed, spacious and modern. The building is well maintained (did not stay in yet, just from the visits to see various 1 or 2 bedroom apts). I want to mention Brandon, the leasing pro who helped me in finding the right apartment and guided my visits here. He is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and he went the extra mile in accommodating my requests. Highly recommend.
