I was introduced to Stella by Sholeh, carrying and attentive agent, who followed my needs and find a new place for me . Building is nice and important for me the fact that sound isolation is sufficient, because I have a home theater. When it’s came to paperwork Daniel Polk , the manager took over and personally helped me to arrange rental insurance, she closed the deal , arranged parking space for me and introduced me maintenance manager Larry, she did it with enthusiasm and smile . When I moved in little things began coming out , Daniel , Hailey, Larry was on it quickly, replaced and repaired what needed to be done. The main thing now was a dishwasher which didn’t work, personal gratitude to Whittington, one of the manager, who followed up on this issue and now device working like brand new, also she offered cleaning crew to come up and clean my place for the small inconvenience I had . The whole crew at Stella’s apartment is all about people, there satisfaction and convenience! Place looks nice, clean and inviting! Great location too you don’t need to drive around , food, restaurants, clubs, cleaners nails service everything is in a walking distance! Complex has an out door pool , shower, jacuzzi… I wish I can spend more time at my place, because I am working long hours , place is clean, team is great, tenants seems to be well mannered too, Thank you , guys for making me happy at my new home ! Thank you, Greystar, for making Stella Apartments a welcoming and comfortable place to call home. Since taking over, you’ve shown dedication to making this community better, from maintaining the property beautifully to creating a safe, friendly environment. Your hard work has truly made Stella a better place to live. I'm grateful for all you. UPDATE: the fact that you answered this review a month later is the exact indication of how you treat your valued residents. I would like to express my concerns regarding the management of Stella Apartments. While I prefer to remain anonymous due to potential retaliation, I feel it is essential to share my experience to raise awareness of certain issues that need to be addressed. I regret to say that my experience with Chelsea, the property manager at Stella Apartments, has been extremely disappointing. Her management skills are lacking in several critical areas, creating a hostile and toxic environment for residents. From my interactions with her, it is evident that she lacks compassion, experience, and a sense of value for residents. As an example, putting film over her office windows creates a disconnect between residents. Unfortunately, her team's engagement and management style mirror her own shortcomings. One of the most glaring issues is Chelsea's lack of compassion. When faced with residents' concerns or issues, she appears indifferent and unsympathetic. This creates an atmosphere of mistrust and frustration, as it feels as though our concerns are falling on deaf ears. A good manager should possess empathy and understanding, traits that are clearly absent in Chelsea's approach. Her lack of experience is evident in her inability to handle complex situations effectively. Instead of addressing problems head-on and finding suitable solutions, she tends to ignore or downplay them. This not only exacerbates existing issues but also prevents the community from progressing and improving. A skilled and experienced manager would be proactive in resolving problems and fostering a harmonious living environment. As a resident of 5+ years, loyal to Stella Apartments for years, I do not feel valued under Chelsea's management. There is a noticeable lack of appreciation for their continued commitment and contributions to the community. This disregard for the well-being and satisfaction of residents is disheartening and disrespectful. An experienced manager should recognize the importance of maintaining positive relationships with such residents and ensuring they feel valued. The impact of her poor management skills is felt throughout the building, as her team mirrors her approach. The staff members seem disengaged and disinterested in addressing residents' needs. This perpetuates the hostile and uncomfortable environment that Chelsea has cultivated. As a result, Stella Apartments does not feel like a welcoming home, but rather an uncomfortable place to reside. The negative impact of her management style is reflected in the attitude and engagement of her team. It is my sincere hope that Cushman and Wakefield address these concerns and take the necessary steps to improve the management and overall living conditions at Stella Apartments.
