I was introduced to Stella by Sholeh, carrying and attentive agent, who followed my needs and find a new place for me . Building is nice and important for me the fact that sound isolation is sufficient, because I have a home theater. When it’s came to paperwork Daniel Polk , the manager took over and personally helped me to arrange rental insurance, she closed the deal , arranged parking space for me and introduced me maintenance manager Larry, she did it with enthusiasm and smile . When I moved in little things began coming out , Daniel , Hailey, Larry was on it quickly, replaced and repaired what needed to be done. The main thing now was a dishwasher which didn’t work, personal gratitude to Whittington, one of the manager, who followed up on this issue and now device working like brand new, also she offered cleaning crew to come up and clean my place for the small inconvenience I had . The whole crew at Stella’s apartment is all about people, there satisfaction and convenience! Place looks nice, clean and inviting! Great location too you don’t need to drive around , food, restaurants, clubs, cleaners nails service everything is in a walking distance! Complex has an out door pool , shower, jacuzzi… I wish I can spend more time at my place, because I am working long hours , place is clean, team is great, tenants seems to be well mannered too, Thank you , guys for making me happy at my new home !
