Ballston Park is a historic colonial brick apartment community in Arlington, Virginia. Built in the late 1930's and renovated in the late 1990's with efficiency, one, two and three bedroom apartment homes. All of our apartments feature contemporary interiors such as built-in microwaves and large custom windows. Enjoy our up-to-date amenities with a swim in the pool or a workout in the exercise facility.

We've lived here for 6+ years and love it! It has everything we need and we love the community. There's an Apartment Life team who hosts resident events at the office every month, so we can meet more of our neighbors at those. The location of the apartment community can't be beat - close enough to walk to Ballston, the Central library, and several parks, but much of the community is slightly off the busy roads so you get the quiet of the neighborhood. Lots of greenspace on the property, too! The buildings are a bit older so if you're looking for a brand new flashy place this isn't it, but that's not a priority for my family so we're happy! Parking is always easy to find, maintenance requests are completed timely (and the maintenance team is so nice!) - our experience living here has been overall quite positive!

I moved here from out of state on August 2017 and just moved out July 2022. It's bittersweet to leave Ballston Park after 5 years. It's been a wonderful home. I'm leaving due to being remote and no longer need to be close to Ballston. It was not an easy decision to leave. Based on my expereince, Management knows there stuff. Maintenance crew is amazing and prompt. For example, they fixed my broken air condition in less than 12 hours. The apartments are quiet! A mix of masonry and dry walls. The only time I heard my neighbors was through the hallway near the door or when we were both in the kitchen. These are practical apartments not luxury. The price has been fair for location and what is offered. I rented a studio for several years and upgraded to a 1 bedroom. I would recommend if you want to be close to Ballston but not live in Ballston. They are located on the edge of the suburbs. Wonderful neighborhood for walks and running. Very low to no crime. Parking is free. I used the parking lot near my apartment. Other's use street parking. I will miss this place.
