I had been in these apartments for awhile but just moved out (only because the location was no longer convenient) but the apartments were kept well, the pools were all kept well, and the staff is always incredibly pleasant. Diana (the manager) is always very sweet and very level no matter what you come through the door with and even in scenarios where I’ve been upset about something, she’s always been kind and always does her best for a solution. The girls in the office are always very sweet as well. I would definitely recommend this complex in terms of s Norman location, upkeep, maintenance, and friendly staff.
The management team at Savannah Square/Harbor apartments was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only is the customer service superb but alot of these apartments have been renovated. They've even added stainless steel appliances in some of the units. Eventually they will end up renovating the entire complex. I've lived at Savannah for over 3 years now and would personally recommend these apartments to anyone. The owners have changed management several times within these last 3 years to find the right match, I'm 110% confident that they have finally found that perfect match. They couldn't have found a better team. Diana and her staff are Truly one of a kind. She is not only candid with her residents but also punctual with her Job. Keep up the Amazing Job Diana!

I've lived here since June 2015, and I love it at Savannah Square. For the most part, I like my neighbors, and made a few friends. The maintenance do their best to pick up any trash that may have escaped the dumps in the parking lot. It's usually quiet at night, which I personally prefer. The ladies and gents in the leasing office are friendly and helpful. It's definitely a pet friendly apartment complex. I love the location the most, very convenient. The one time I've had to call about my air-conditioning, they were quick to respond and fix the problem. The enclosed patios are a perk for both privacy and keeping the bugs out if you ever want to keep the patio door open in cooler weather. The only thing I would change is having a Dropbox to pay rent, which they don't have. However, they do open at a reasonable time at 9am and close late at 6pm, which helps if you want to pay in person instead of online which there is a processing fee. As of now, I plan on staying here for quit a while since I am pretty happy at Savannah Square.

I have absolutely LOVED living here. The staff are so nice and maintenance has always been very efficient with requests. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. The unit I live in is spacious and the closet is really big, I love having the screened in balcony. The last place I lived in had roaches and management was terrible, so this complex has been a breathe of fresh air. Never had any complaints. I'm going to be moving soon, and I wish I could pick up this whole complex and take it with me. Gonna miss this place!
I've lived here for over a year now. I had to rent sight-unseen coming from out of state, but the staff were willing to work with me and get everything set up. (Note: there is a hard credit pull, which apparently is common here, but was unexpected for me.) The rent seems very reasonable and one of the better values compared to other complexes in Norman. The newer billing and maintenance electronic system seems to work well (yay for auto-paying rent and not having the worry about it each month). The location is super convenient to I-35 interstate, and there's a Sam's club literally across the street, and fairly convenient (driving distance) to other shopping areas. I just renewed my lease and am happily planning on staying.

10/5 stars. The best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Wonderful location, amazing people working in the office, friendly neighbors, great landscaping. The office worked with my husband and I when we were going through a rough patch, as long as we talked to them about what was going on. Not only were they incredibly helpful, but I’ve come to consider them all friends. The apartment we had was perfect for us, and we had an older model. The gym is pretty good too, our favorite time was 3 am. The pools are amazing, the perfect place to relax in the sun. The tennis court needs a new net eventually but even without it: the area is a kid favorite. Also every patio and balcony is screened in, which is absolutely amazing. Now I’m spoiled, I need a screened in porch wherever I go. We loved living there, the only reason we left was to move closer to family with our new baby. If you’re looking for a nice apartment in a nice area, this is the perfect option. I completely recommend!

I lived at Savannah Square from 2021–2024. Overall, I feel like it was a five star experience because my basic needs were met with very few major problems. I like reading detailed reviews when I’m searching for apartments, so please read on if you’d like my experience.
I lived in a second floor apartment on the southwest side of the complex. It seemed to me that the southwest side was cleaner, quieter, and easier to access because of the extra road and the grassy median. I loved living in that part of the complex. My neighbors were quiet—I could rarely hear a hint of sound from one of my neighbors’ from my bedroom and only if my bathroom door was open. I could hear my upstairs neighbor walking around, but it was never excessive and frankly you’re just going to get some of that living in an apartment complex. I don’t know if the noise traveling has changed since they have put hard flooring in.
Speaking of renovations, my apartment unit was NOT renovated—the quartz countertops and white cabinets are new. The styling in the kitchen was not nice while I was there, and I hated the painted countertops because they were impossible to clean, but now that most of those have been replaced, you will probably not have that issue. I do feel like the kitchen countertop space should have been expanded in the renovations. There was barely any room to lay down a cutting board. This was my biggest complaint, and it’s because I love cooking and wanted more space.
About the wifi: last summer they switched to a mandatory $50 fiber optic wifi provided through the apartment. The pro to this is that the wifi was locked in at $50 and you didn’t have to haggle with Cox to keep a sensible internet price. The con is that I never had an outage with Cox, and the new wifi has an outage every few weeks. They also provide a lower speed than my basic Cox plan. The new wifi was enough speed for me, but it might not have been if I had different hobbies, worked from home, or had more people living with me. It was also difficult to hook up my smart TV to the wifi. The customer support was helpful in making it happen but it was not “plug n play” simple like Cox.
Maintenance was always polite and prompt. I had to notify the emergency line three times because of big water leakages originating from the apartment above me. Each time this happened, maintenance came out right away and stopped the leaks. It left stains on the ceiling of my apartment but it did not affect my daily life. I never saw any mold or experienced any sickness related to mold.
Speaking of never seeing things, I never really saw any bugs in my apartment. Some wasps got into my patio once, and I had a fruit fly outbreak after leaving a banana out in the summer, but there were no roaches, spiders, silverfish, or any other critters to be found. They sprayed quarterly for pests and you could request extra treatments if needed.
As far as security goes, I never felt unsafe in my apartment. I am a single woman living alone with a some apprehension about safety, but nothing shady ever happened near my apartment. My car was never broken into, nor my apartment, which I did leave unwatched for a couple weeks at a time here and there for vacations. No stolen packages. When I moved in in 2021, someone broke into the mail and stole some of my and other residents’ mail, but the complex has since updated the mail area with new, secure mail slots. Before I moved out, the complex also announced they would be installing security cameras around the complex.
Move out was easy and stress-free, and I received the remaining balance of my security deposit less than a week after moving out. I moved out for entirely personal reasons, and I likely would have stayed if those reasons hadn’t been present.
I liked that this apartment was affordable. Rent did go up, but it was not egregious. I do not know how pricing has changed with the renovations, but overall, I would recommend Savannah Square to young singles and couples who want a simple and reliable place to live in a great location in Norman.

This is my wife and I’s first apartment together and it is great! We’re both students and live on a pretty tight budget but the rent is well worth what we get.
Apartment:
My wife and I were fortunate to move into an apartment that had been renovated within the year. When we asked to tour a unit, they told us we could tour the very unit we wanted live in which was pretty nice since most places you tour an apartment specifically furnished and maintained for tours. It is on the tighter side for apartment space but has enough space for all our belongings. The only thing that is unfortunate is that most units don’t come with an in apartment washer and dryer. We use our washer/dryer cabinet as our food pantry since there really isn’t much space. Aside from that, it’s very easy to keep our apartment clean and we don’t ever have any visits from bugs! Overall, we find our apartment very comfortable and safe.
Fitness Center/Pools:
Savannah Square Apartments has a fitness center along with three of its own pools (not to mention the other pool it shares with Savannah Harbor). The pools are open from 8 AM to 10 PM and are closed on Mondays for maintenance and cleaning. They are always a good temperature and are typically not crowded during the weekdays but are more than usually packed during the weekend. The pools are kept pretty clean and are well maintained.
The fitness center has a rock-climbing wall, a yoga room that is about 8‘ x 9‘, machines that include treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, stair masters, and a row machine. They also have weights, sandbags, and an array of other equipment. The gym is usually pretty clean and includes bathrooms that have a shower.
Staff:
The staff adds to the experience at Savannah Square Apartments. From leasing agents, to property maintenance managers, the staff is extremely respectful and willing to help with any problem that you come across. They’re quick to respond, communicative, flexible, and generous. This apartment complex has stellar management. They always have fun raffles and usually plan an event for all residents every month.
My wife and I love it here. It’s clean, it feels homey, and there are so many utilities that we use to pass the time. Our experience may not be the same as others who have left her previously, but I can confidently say that our experience here has been phenomenal and we plan on staying for the next year or two until we finish school.
