We have been very happy here at Overlook Apts! The staff at the office is friendly, kind, knowledgeable and always ready to help!!! The maintenance staff is incredible! Every time I need assistance, they are quick to resolve the issue as well as courteous and kind! The staff/maintenance never has been disrespectful nor do I ever hear foul language! The property is maintained beautifully! Follow the guidelines set out by the property, do your own part in maintaining, be respectful of your neighbors and there's no reason why this can't be your next home! Thank you Overlook Apartments!

These are very spacious apartments, maintenance is very responsive and efficient! The management team is wonderful, if you ever need anything just speak with Amy or Kalyn! They are wonderful people and just as responsive as the maintenance team!
