We lived in a 2 bedroom unit here for a few months during a house renovation and were extremely satisfied during our stay. The apartment was really spacious with the addition of the sun room - which we used as an office. The apartment was very quiet, neighbors were friendly, and maintenance was very responsive and always came the same day we had any issue. We especially enjoyed the amenities of the gym, courtyard, pool, downstairs market and club room. The views from the club room are amazing! The events that the building puts on were also really nice, from muffins and mimosas in the lobby to an Easter egg hunt to game night in the courtyard. It was a really fun experience living here and we will always look back on it fondly.
I’ve had a great experience at Meridian Courthouse. Location is fantastic - walkable to many restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc. and public transportation is easily accessible. The units themselves are nice, and if any issues come up, maintenance responds promptly. The community is clean, safe, and welcoming. There are free yoga classes twice a week and plenty of resident activities to attend. Leasing and front desk staff are friendly! Sad to move out after two years, but I’m moving across the country. I would recommend Meridian Courthouse to anyone looking for an apartment in NOVA.
It was nothing but a pleasant experience for our family.
Before we moved in, a leasing office representative was personally following on the progress and quality of renovation. The apartment we stepped in was nicely renovated, clean, new kitchen appliances installed. That was at the end of January. All the equipment was working properly since. A minor (and the only) request to change a bulb in the sunroom fan was taken care of the next day.
Any question (maintenance, lease, parking, activities etc.) was acknowledged by the Leasing Office right away and handled the very same day. No exclusion. We did prefer to channel our requests through Lalia, a person who introduced us to the building and then greeted at the time we were moving in. However, when she was not in the office, her colleagues stepped in to support us as efficiently.
Very clean with additional measures taken during the COVID times. Also during the COVID the management took extra steps of connecting to local cafes and restaurants providing a wide choice and securing free delivery deals. Kudos to the management for the wide variety of community resident events (yoga, Zumba and cycling (pre-COVID), food truck Tuesdays, free ice-cream events, trivia contests, beer and cocktails grab-and-go, grab-and-go pizza and pasta kits to name a few).
We can not acknowledge concerns sometime cited in the reviews of other residents. Absolutely no complaints about the noise at our floor (we live on the 12 floor). We could always find a parking spot in the area we preferred (admittedly, this year may not be very indicative). As said before, only positive experience of working with the Leasing Office and concierge. Very good communication with the tenants (monthly newsletters, announcements and general communication).

My boyfriend and I moved into the second building 9 months ago (Sep 2018). We are in our late 20's and we've been enjoying it here. Neighbors are friendly, active and always out and about. Front desk has been pleasant and maintenance has been quick to respond to any issues. We haven't had any problems with package delivery in/out. Location is great and I found the perfect gym across the street. I also appreciate that the building hosts about 3 little activities each month for residents to participate in.
Only con would be that you have to pay $100-$200/hour to have more than 3 guests in the residential lounge areas...even though these areas are included in our rent as an "amenity". If we had 3 guests, we wouldn't need the lounge I would just hang out in my apartment. This policy should change.
This will be our first summer here, so we're excited to be out by the pool and grills every weekend!

My fiancé and I have lived at the Meridian for about 2 year now. As our lease comes to an end, overall this building has been a great experience. The front desk staff in our building have always been super friendly and interacted with our dogs whenever we come in the building. The property manager, Paige, was phenomenal whenever we needed assistance with anything. The maintenance team was always quick to any request we had. Any other staff were always a pleasure to talk to and would love saying hi to our dogs.
Our apartment itself was very spacious for a 1bed/1bath. We had enough room to have work from home offices in the sunrooms. The kitchen and bathroom were quite large for city apartment living. The A/C units are modern and have nice systems to keep the unit within a certain range of temperatures. The sunrooms allowed for plenty of natural light in the apartment as well. With any apartment living, you will have neighbor noise. However, we never experienced anything excessively loud. The dog specific courtyard area is great if your dog is social (ours was not too social so we didn't utilize that too much). The gym has everything you need to keep in shape, however if you are really into working out you may consider keeping a gym membership. The apartment has amazon lockers for packages which were super convenient. Some of the garage parking spaces are a little bit tight, but we never had an issue parking. Overall, we felt like for what we paid for we had a great apartment to live in at a fair price.
The location of the apartment is amazing. You can walk into Rosslyn, Courthouse, and Clarendon with ease. You can walk to the courthouse metro in about 5 minutes or so and take the metro into the city. If you have a dog, then you can walk over to Iwo Jima in about 10-15 minutes. There is one of the best taco trucks in the area right down the road from the building, alongside all the restaurants in the mentioned neighborhoods above.
The people/staff at the Meridian, the nice units, and the location make this a great place to live in the Arlington area if you are in search of your next apartment building. Thanks again for a great 2 years!

I have been living in Phase 2 for close to two years now. It has been a really great experience. Maintenance is quick and efficient, front desk staff is fantastic, some of them even take the time to get to know you. I personally haven't had any issues with packages, and they even have amazon hub lockers in place now. Common areas are clean, and the rooftop is very nice. Pool can get a little rowdy and crowded, and you have to get there right at 10am to get a spot. Leasing office has been the best I've ever dealt with in Arlington. They respond quickly, are understanding and really great to work with. Our unit was renovated a year before we moved in. Would highly recommend this apartment building.

Spent a few months here. I was so impressed with the speed and professionalism of the administration with regards to maintenance. I had to put in a few maintenance requests (for AC, shower head, and another small issue) and each time they were completed on the same day. I was used to having to wait a week for landlords to come fix anything.
The main downside of this building is the parking garage, but only because the spots are minuscule. We had a small car and it was tricky to fit in many of the spots. The layout was just poorly designed from the start; not much to do about it now.
Overall I recommend this apartment.
I came in for a tour and Chane was very helpful and informative. She took me to see 3 apartment floor plans and answered all my questions with grace and patience. She definitely made my tour very welcoming and personable. Lovely staff. 1000/10 customer service.
