DO NOT RENT HERE Management is awful. I lived here for two years, was never once late on rent, never received a noise complaint (or any complaint for that matter), and never gave them any trouble. One day, I had a couple of friends over who happened to be African-American. A miserable old woman named by the name of Dawn who works at the front desk happened to see them come in with me and quite visibly gave them a dirty look. A day later I received a letter under my door "reminding" me of the no drug policy all tenants are required to sign along with a threatening message saying she would call the police if she saw "suspicious" people and/or activities in my apartment. Never once did I use or posses drugs in that building and she had no reason to think so. This was strictly based on the time she saw my black friends. DO NOT RENT FROM OR SUPPORT THESE RACIST SCUM BAGS. Many other who have dealt with Dawn (from KMS) have told my similar stories and I've encouraged them to write reviews and call the housing authority. Good luck in your apartment search. Avoid giving these bigots your money if at all possible.
