We have lived at Haven for almost a year now. The complex is located in a beautiful part of Oregon. Like most all management teams, there has been a lot of change and associated challenges, but they have handled them well and been very responsive. Prospective residents should be aware that there are sometimes issues with parking, but the management team is working to remedy this problem. Maintenance is outstanding and the complex is well cared for.

The maintenance team at Haven is top notch! Always timely, considerate and helpful! Could not ask for better service when my refrigerator went out last week.
When this was Golf Creek before the acquisition this was one of the best properties I ever lived. Staff was wonderful. The property was well maintained with regular exterior care and maintenance every year. Management was super responsive and friendly and submitting maintenance requests were handled properly. Since the acquisition (and change is always bumpy to start) I hope they straighten out. The acquiring company not as good IMHO. But the same lovely staff is there so that helped a lot. I don't live here anymore but I loved it when I was here. Quiet complex, great neighbors.
The maintenance team at Golf Creek is quick and efficient, they communicate with every detail, I trust them in my home when I am not there and they clean up after they leave. 5 stars all around!
I moved in about 6 months ago and honestly, it was I very unforgiving winter. I went without running water and heat for almost two days, but i felt the leasing office agents and management went above normal duties to make sure things were fixed in a timely manner. I was very impressed at the time it took to get back to me for small issues while the leasing agents had a full plate. So far, I have absolutely no complaints and the leasing team is always attentive and welcoming when I call or visit, especially Ameerah. Ameerah, sent follow up emails made sure my move in process went as smoothly as possible and for that I’m appreciative for her professionalism, and maintaining communication with me to make my transition Incredibly easy and fast. Thanks to the entire team. This is a safe and beautiful place to live and I love how private it is. Two thumbs up.

I’ve lived here for a little over 2 years. I love the private location and friendly environment.
Whenever I need anything fixed, maintenance quickly responds.
The property looks BEAUTIFUL in the summer and the staff is friendly and helpful. Ameerah says hi and loves on my dogs every-time we come in for a treat.
The pool is always sparkly clean and there is nice clean modern equipment in the gym.
The owners recently installed more exterior lighting making this already safe environment even more comfortable for walking our dogs around at night.
Looking forward to another great year here.
