Having officially been here for about a month, I’d like to share my honest impressions so far.
First and foremost, I feel that my floorplan was designed perfectly for my needs—I absolutely love it! The atmosphere on my floor is pleasantly quiet, with no excessively loud neighbors, aside from the occasional noise from BigFoot (my upstairs neighbors), which sounds like they’re doing construction in the middle of the night. Fortunately, I can enjoy my music without it carrying into the hallway, which is a definite plus.
During my move-in, I did encounter one bug, but pest control addressed the issue promptly the next day, and I haven’t seen anything in the three weeks since. The trash chute fills up quickly, but that’s to be expected given the number of units.
I have had no issues with my appliances or anything unusual in my unit, and I have no complaints regarding the amenities.
Maybe more frequent upkeep in the hallways. Additionally, that I need to meet my guests at the entrance, or they risk getting locked in the stairwell, which can be a bit inconvenient.
On the positive side, I love the walkability to Piedmont Park and my hair salon. Overall, I am a happy tenant so far!

I've only been in ATL for a year and lived at this property for the last 8 months and the leasing team: Alexis, Charlotte, Jasper, & Lauren have been so helpful, fun and professional compared to what I have experienced in Atlanta. They truly make this a wonderful place to live. I love that they are extremely dependable and also fun to talk to which is a huge plus. Very quick with responding to issues as well.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I am beyond impressed with Lauren, Charlotte, and Alexis !! They have exceeded my expectations like I’m beyond impressed with their service and energy !! The move in process was very smooth and very very enjoyable. Literally laughed and was welcomed the whole way through! I absolutely love the diversity of the community and the surrounding environment around the community. Now let’s get to the meat and potatoes, Lauren is exceptional, knowledgeable and absolutely beautiful ! Charlotte is another beautiful soul with out of this world energy and knowledgeable of not only the company but as a whole ! Alexis is one ginger who knows how to welcome you in with a smile and with the most positive energy I’ve seen yet from a leasing agent! I am so so soooooo happy to join and be apart of the community and family .

Wonderful experience moving in. The Manager is wonderful she helped and was very informative. She made the signing more easy and fast. Lauren who helped us with the process is great. She gave us a tour and made sure we were comfortable and made everything was right for us.
I have been a resident here for a couple of years and the staff changed frequently and recently I had the pleasure of dealing with one of Jennifer S. new hires Lauren. Lauren has a beautiful spirit and takes the time to listen and is learning from the best. As a resident things are not always perfect when living in a building with strangers but it's nice to be greeted by a professional smiling face who is eager to work with you to make Windsor your home. I am looking forward to seeing what impact Lauren will make within the Windsor communities.

I have been a resident here for just over 6 months. There are many things I love about the community. The location, amenities, and overall living space are wonderful. Since moving in I have had my fair share of issues as noted by others. Things now are definitely moving in the right direction and the team here has finally gotten the additional support from corporate they so desperately needed. The staff here has a true asses in Que my leasing agent. Que has always been kind, courteous, and welcoming whenever I need something. Additionally I want to give a special thanks to the newest member of the team Charlotte - she is truly amazing and extremely professional. She listened to all my concerns and did everything in her power to.make sure I was taken care of and happy!! Within her first days or being on site she managed to handle multiple issues around the property and within my personal unit as well. It was clear to see that making the residents happy and taken care was her top priority. I know that with both her and Nicole now here things will only continue to improve. I can’t leave this review without also mentioning the fabulous maintenance crew led by Termaine. All of them are top notch and are always there whenever a problem arrises - I have had to call for them on Father’s Day and evenings due to AC and Appliance issues, never once did they seem upset for the inconvenience. I truly enjoy living here - and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Much thanks to all of the staff - you are all going above and beyond in order to provide your residents a home as well as I place to make new friends!!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lauren during my apartment search, and I cannot recommend her enough! From the moment I walked into the leasing office, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect place.
Lauren took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, offering thoughtful suggestions and answering all of my questions with incredible patience and detail. She was always quick to respond to emails and calls, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
What stood out most was her caring nature. She made me feel like more than just a prospect—she truly wanted to ensure I felt comfortable and happy with my decision. It’s rare to find someone so passionate about their work and dedicated to creating a positive experience for others.

I really don’t take time to do these reviews but this is DEFINITELY one time I will make an exception. I have NEVER been so amazed by someone present and presentation for a property than I was when I met Charlotte, Lauren and Alexis. Such positive vibes, very professional, very knowledgeable of their property and what I love the most is they’re accommodating. The move in was perfectly splendid and such an enjoyment meeting everyone in the office and our future residents. The apartments in my eyes are impeccable and I love the diversity of the community. Charlotte is my girl, when I tell she go above and beyond for her residents and she instantly make you feel welcome and part of the family….TRUST me! My girls Lauren and Alexis adds the sugar and spice to the Power Puff Girl combination because what’s better than having a power combination of successful hard working women working in your favor. They have really made me the happiest man alive and they most awesome new resident at the property. I will recommend them a million times to anyone in search for new place to call home….
